江蘇連云港某工程公司依托黎明重工科技的KH300-2移動(dòng)破碎站，成功構(gòu)建了一條好的、靈活且環(huán)保的鐵礦石破碎生產(chǎn)線。該項(xiàng)目以進(jìn)口鐵礦石為原料，通過(guò)移動(dòng)破碎站的多缸液壓圓錐破碎機(jī)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了成品粒度小于8mm的高質(zhì)量加工，滿足了市場(chǎng)對(duì)精細(xì)鐵礦石的需求。
四川某鐵礦石加工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，一條顎式履帶移動(dòng)破碎站生產(chǎn)線每小時(shí)可處理450噸鐵礦石。大塊礦石首先通過(guò)振動(dòng)給料機(jī)送入PE-1200×1500顎式破碎機(jī)進(jìn)行粗碎，隨后由4YK1548圓振動(dòng)篩篩分。合格物料進(jìn)入細(xì)碎環(huán)節(jié)或直送成品庫(kù)，不合格的則返回粗碎；細(xì)碎后同樣經(jīng)過(guò)篩分閉環(huán)，確保最終成品100%達(dá)標(biāo)。這條生產(chǎn)線的核心設(shè)備包括：1臺(tái)顎式破碎機(jī)、2臺(tái)圓振動(dòng)篩、1臺(tái)振動(dòng)給料機(jī)及1條1000mm帶式輸送機(jī)
