一、項目背景與戰(zhàn)略定位
河南偃師府店鎮(zhèn)南側(cè)白云巖礦山區(qū)域，曾因灰?guī)r礦到期關停形成生態(tài)治理需求。某央企投資建設年產(chǎn)2000萬噸砂石骨料項目，旨在通過資源綜合利用實現(xiàn)礦山生態(tài)修復與可持續(xù)發(fā)展。黎明重工科技與中國電建合作，為該項目提供核心破碎篩分設備及系統(tǒng)解決方案，推動傳統(tǒng)砂石行業(yè)向綠色化、智能化轉(zhuǎn)型。
河南洛陽白云巖破碎生產(chǎn)線這里是河南洛陽白云巖碎石生產(chǎn)線現(xiàn)場，位于洛陽新安縣，加工物料為白云巖，2023年投產(chǎn)，成品為0-3.6毫米，3.6－5毫米等砂石骨料。2023年9月23日，我公司服務工程師對項目進行回訪。該破碎生產(chǎn)線采用世邦工業(yè)破碎設備，PEW860歐版顎式破碎機初破，HST250單缸液壓圓錐破碎機、HPT300多缸液壓圓錐破碎機細碎，VSI6X1150白云巖制砂機整形制砂，經(jīng)圓振動篩篩分，綜合時產(chǎn)250噸左右。
二、核心技術方案與設備配置
工藝路線設計
采用全封閉生產(chǎn)模式，結(jié)合多級除塵技術，實現(xiàn)粉塵達標排放。
以兩段破碎+一級篩分工藝為核心，配置顎式破碎機、反擊式破碎機及制砂機，形成好的破碎篩分系統(tǒng)。
智能化控制系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)設備運行參數(shù)實時監(jiān)控與遠程操作，保障生產(chǎn)穩(wěn)定性。
關鍵設備選型
黎明重工科技：提供PE600×750顎式破碎機、CI5X1630反擊式破碎機及VSI6X1263制砂機，設備處理能力達500噸/小時，滿足項目產(chǎn)能需求。
世邦集團：配置F5X1360振動給料機、C6X125顎式破碎機及CI5X1630反擊式破碎機，形成完整破碎篩分系統(tǒng)。
三、項目實施與運營成效

項目一期工程于2022年7月投產(chǎn)，設計產(chǎn)能400萬噸/年，實際運行產(chǎn)能達600萬噸/年。
