一、項目概況
本項目位于山東平度，采用EPC總包模式，建設時產800噸砂石骨料生產線。通過三級破碎+制砂工藝，實現(xiàn)花崗巖尾礦100%資源化利用，年處理能力超600萬噸。
二、核心設備配置
破碎工段：
PE1200×1500顎式破碎機（粗碎）：采用深V腔型設計，處理能力650-800t/h，液壓調整排料口
HST315單缸液壓圓錐破（中碎）：自動調節(jié)排料（19-51mm），粒形優(yōu)（針片狀＜10%）
HPT多缸液壓圓錐破（細碎）：多缸液壓系統(tǒng)，耐磨襯板壽命3000小時
制砂工段：
VSI6X立軸沖擊破（雙機配置）：四口轉子設計，0-5mm成品圓潤度≥85%
S5X圓振動篩：多層篩網配置，實現(xiàn)精準分級（0-5/5-10/10-20mm）

山東青島某新材料公司,2020年成立，位于平度市大澤山鎮(zhèn)，選用黎明重工的破碎設備加工花崗巖尾礦尾料。該項目采用鋼結構封閉管理，負壓式收集布袋除塵，水循環(huán)利用。外購花崗巖尾料經PE1200*1500顎式破碎機初破，HST315單缸液壓圓錐破碎機，HPT多缸液壓圓錐破碎機細碎，2臺VSI6X制砂機整形制砂，經圓振動篩篩分,綜合時產800噸左右。
