位于湖南衡陽縣井頭鎮(zhèn)的石材廢料資源化利用項(xiàng)目，依托當(dāng)?shù)刎S富的石材資源，采用黎明重工全套破碎篩分設(shè)備，實(shí)現(xiàn)年處理300萬噸石材廢料的規(guī)?；a(chǎn)。該項(xiàng)目有效解決了當(dāng)?shù)厥募庸U料堆積問題，實(shí)現(xiàn)了資源的循環(huán)利用。
技術(shù)特點(diǎn)
采用三級破碎系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)：PE750×1060顎式破碎機(jī)負(fù)責(zé)初級破碎，HPT500多缸液壓圓錐破進(jìn)行中細(xì)碎，2臺VSI6X1263制砂機(jī)完成最終整形制砂
配套洗砂脫水系統(tǒng)和智能控制系統(tǒng)，保障成品砂質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)定性
