這里是小欖鎮(zhèn)某混凝土企業(yè)2023年6月建成的塔樓制砂生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)位于廣東省中山市小欖鎮(zhèn)，小欖鎮(zhèn)入選鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力百?gòu)?qiáng)，獲得半導(dǎo)體智能照明創(chuàng)新基地、五金制品產(chǎn)業(yè)基地等稱(chēng)號(hào)。產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)雄厚，綜合實(shí)力強(qiáng)。該項(xiàng)目緊鄰小欖水道，河道運(yùn)輸成本低，市場(chǎng)覆蓋廣，生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)選用黎明重工的VU300塔樓制砂系統(tǒng)，占地面積小，級(jí)配合理、粒型圓潤(rùn)、含粉量低。綜合時(shí)產(chǎn)240噸左右。
在粵港澳大灣區(qū)核心區(qū)的中山小欖鎮(zhèn)五金產(chǎn)業(yè)基地，黎明重工打造的VU300塔樓制砂項(xiàng)目已成功運(yùn)行多年。該系統(tǒng)解決了傳統(tǒng)制砂工藝占地大、能耗高、環(huán)保難達(dá)標(biāo)等痛點(diǎn)。VU300塔樓采用垂直布局設(shè)計(jì)，占地面積縮減60%，集成給料、破碎、篩分、整形等十余道工序于一體。核心部件采用PLC控制系統(tǒng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)智能調(diào)節(jié)含粉量（3%-15%）和細(xì)度模數(shù)（2.3-3.2），出料球狀度達(dá)85%，壓碎值低于18%。配套的脈沖除塵系統(tǒng)，確保粉塵排放＜10mg/m³，噪音控制在65分貝以下。生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)24小時(shí)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行，綜合時(shí)產(chǎn)240噸，能耗較傳統(tǒng)工藝降低35%。
