江蘇鎮(zhèn)江鐵礦產(chǎn)業(yè)形成“本地開采+港口加工”雙核模式。本地礦區(qū)深部資源潛力可觀，支撐長(zhǎng)期開采，伴生硫、銅、鈷等資源。港口區(qū)域依托長(zhǎng)江水道，建設(shè)大型礦石混配中心，通過精選、破碎、球磨等出口鐵精粉，推進(jìn)資源好的利用，強(qiáng)化供應(yīng)鏈韌性。某鐵礦石破碎篩分采用世邦產(chǎn)品，PE顎式破碎機(jī)、HST單缸液壓圓錐破碎機(jī)破碎，破碎處理能力每小時(shí)350噸，S5X圓振動(dòng)篩篩分，篩分能力每小時(shí)600噸左右。項(xiàng)目整合本地深部鐵礦資源（含硫、銅、鈷等伴生礦）與長(zhǎng)江港口物流優(yōu)勢(shì)，打造集開采、加工、出口于一體的循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)示范項(xiàng)目。
一、項(xiàng)目概況與技術(shù)需求
本項(xiàng)目位于江蘇省鎮(zhèn)江港區(qū)，是世邦黎明重工承接的重要冶金原料加工EPC總包工程。項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)要求處理莫氏硬度5.8-6.5的鐵礦石原礦，最大進(jìn)料粒度1200mm，需產(chǎn)出0-10mm（占60%）和10-40mm（占40%）兩種成品規(guī)格。設(shè)計(jì)年運(yùn)行時(shí)間6000小時(shí)，系統(tǒng)可用率要求≥95%。
